Top 11 of 2011

Brendan's daycare teachers have been telling me that he's ready to move to the next room. The room for big kids. And I've been telling them no way. Then I dropped him off one morning this week, and the three kids who were already there are still-crawling-barely-walking-still-look-like-babies. And my big boy looked out of place.

Christmas 2011

We have lots going on right now, so here are our photos. They should be mostly self explanatory.

I got cracked in the face with this light sword again tonight. Needless to say, I regret buying it.

This really was an attraction at the Christmas special at the zoo.  Not sure what that was about....

We went to a new kids land on Christmas Eve. We like it even better than Xystus.

We ate lunch at one of our favorite places in American Village.  Last time we were there they took our picture.  This time when we walked in, they took our picture off the wall and gave it to us.  They had hung it up with a caption that said "Best Fammilly."

Afterwards, we bumped into Santa.

Bribing him with a kiss to make up for all the time he has spent on the naughty step lately.

Please look past the fact that I'm loaded down like a pack mule.

And then it was time.

This is about as close as he'll get to his Power Wheels. He refuses to ride it. We're working on that.

We took our new toys to the park to play.

And since Brendan refuses to ride the Power Wheels, that meant Daddy got to play with his new truck.
