This pretty rainy weekend meant lots of inside play.
He was such a good boy this weekend that I bought him a new toy at the BX. He hasn't gotten anything in a while. It's not like the Easter Bunny came recently or anything.
Actually, he is fascinated by "choo choos" lately, mainly Thomas, and he only has one Thomas toy. I figured he deserved another one.
Tom and I went on a date Sunday afternoon to see the Hunger Games. Brendan was supposed to take a nap, but he didn't. When we got home he was outside with his sitter, trying to convince her to pull him down the big hill in his wagon. She didn't go for it. We headed over to the slightly damp playground to play before dinner.
Brendan: What's that?
Me: A spider
Brendan: Ewww! Yucky!
Me: Yes, yucky, don't touch
And then we had to sing "The Itsy Bitsy Spider."
